Penalty Master ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Penalty Master mobile game application (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you use our Game.

By downloading and using Penalty Master, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

We collect the following types of information when you use Penalty Master:

• Account information — email address, username, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
• Profile data — display name, profile photo, and avatar selection
• Game statistics — goals scored, penalties taken, success rate, win/loss records
• Progress & rewards — points, in-game currency, level progression, and leaderboard rankings
• Social features — referral codes and invitation history
• Consent records — timestamps of privacy policy and terms of service acceptance
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and language settings (collected automatically)

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your in-game account
• To operate and improve core gameplay features
• To display leaderboards and track competitive rankings
• To process referral rewards and invitation bonuses
• To send important service-related notifications
• To detect fraud and ensure fair gameplay
• To comply with legal obligations

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), which provides industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Firebase infrastructure is operated by Google LLC. You can review Google's security practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon a verified deletion request, your data is removed within 7 days. Backup and log records are auto-purged within 30 days.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Game. Each has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and cloud storage
• Google Play Services — app distribution and crash reporting on Android
• Google AdMob (if applicable) — advertising SDK for rewarded ads

We do not integrate any social media SDKs that collect data without your explicit consent.

Penalty Master is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@penaltymaster.com so we can delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification.

Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
